Four Seasons Yachts
A brand new era of luxury travel

Four Seasons is set to launch their luxury yacht product in 2025 and has tasked us with creating their digital platform. With fares ranging from $20,000 to over $100,000, this offering promises an ultra-exclusive experience designed for high-to-ultra-high net worth individuals. Our primary objective was to develop a "dreaming engine" rather than a conventional booking site.

We aimed to capture and highlight the exclusive and anticipatory emotions associated with yacht travel, allowing potential clients to immerse themselves in the luxurious experience even before they set sail. By emphasizing personalization and high-touch service, we sought to create a seamless and intuitive user experience, reducing unnecessary complexities and ensuring that every interaction felt bespoke.

A User-Centric Navigation System Aligned with Core Guiding Principles

The main navigation was designed to be a tool that offers users maximum clarity in discovery mode.

In the world of sailing, there are numerous terms and objectives that can often be confusing or unclear to users, especially those who are new to the field. Our aim was to demystify this complexity by providing a well-organized and intuitive navigation system. This system is intended to break down complex information into more digestible parts, thereby offering clear separation and offerings.

Furthermore, recognizing that users may be at different stages of their journey, we have introduced an anchor link navigation system. This feature is specifically designed to help users navigate seamlessly to deeper, more detailed sections of the experience. Whether a user is just starting out or is further along in their journey, the anchor link navigation allows them to access more specific and advanced content with ease.

Creating a clear yacht deck plan is the first step to effectively guide users through our diverse range of product offerings. A well-designed deck plan serves as a visual roadmap, helping users navigate the various sections and features of our yachts with ease. By providing a detailed and intuitive layout, users can quickly understand the spatial organization and key components of each yacht model.

The Suites

Our Suites page were created to blend inspirational and aspirational content seamlessly. Our primary goal was to allow the stunning product imagery to take center stage, adhering to fundamental design principles that highlight the beauty and elegance of our yachts. Simultaneously, we ensured that all essential functional information is clearly presented, providing users with the details they need to make informed decisions.

The Voyage Finder

The Yacht Voyage Finder stands as the cornerstone of our user experience, offering a comprehensive solution tailored to the complexities of the yacht travel industry. In contrast to other sectors such as flight or general travel, yacht voyages entail a wealth of information crucial for making informed purchase decisions. With this in mind, we meticulously crafted a voyage finder experience that prioritizes intuitiveness and seamlessness.

On the Backend, we established a clear taxonomy, ensuring that each voyage possesses a distinct identity property and seamless integration with Salesforce. Considering the myriad of variables affecting pricing, including duration, vessel type, and destinations, we dedicated ourselves to designing a filtration system that strikes a delicate balance between usability and functionality.

Our aim was to empower users with the ability to effortlessly navigate through options while equipping them with all relevant information needed to make their yacht voyage dreams a reality.

Exclusive High-Touch Service.
Personalized Yacht Consulting for Elite Clients

Our target audience comprises High-to-Ultra-High Net Worth individuals, and our aim is to offer them an exclusive, high-touch service by connecting each with a dedicated Personal Yacht Consultant (PYC). To facilitate this, we designed multiple entry and exit points, ensuring a seamless journey with no barriers, guiding users smoothly down the funnel.

Additionally, we developed a PYC widget that acts as a digital concierge lobby, available 24/7 to provide immediate assistance and personalized service to our users.
